Founded in 2019 and located at Lemomu Junction, Famia Road, Modakeke, Osun State, Progress Brazil Academy is solely owned, managed, and financially sustained by its Founder — Pst (Dr.) Samson Oderanti — without any support from local government. His commitment to youth empowerment has produced outstanding success stories nationally and internationally.

Manages the academy's media presence, social media channels, press releases, and public communications. Responsible for promoting the academy's achievements and maintaining its brand identity.
Coordinates all match-day operations, officiating arrangements, and logistics for academy fixtures and tournaments. Ensures smooth running of competitive activities both home and away.
Leads the visual identity of the academy, creating graphics, promotional materials, and digital content. Handles design for banners, social media visuals, match programmes, and all creative communications.
Manages all training equipment, kit inventory, and logistics for academy operations. Ensures players have the proper gear for training and matches, and coordinates transport and supply arrangements.
Oversees the overall welfare and wellbeing of academy players and staff. Provides pastoral care, counselling support, and ensures a nurturing, safe environment for every player at the academy.
Responsible for the maintenance, safety, and readiness of the academy's training grounds and facilities. Manages groundskeeping, infrastructure upkeep, and ensures all venues meet required standards.
Drives the academy's international scouting network and strategic partnerships with clubs across Africa and beyond. Advises on player placement, exposure tours, and the academy's long-term development strategy.
Oversees the health and medical welfare of all players and staff at Progress Brazil Academy. Manages injury prevention, treatment, and recovery programmes to ensure players remain in peak physical condition at all times.
Manages the academy's public image, media communications, and community engagement. Builds and maintains relationships with the press, sponsors, parents, and the wider football community to promote the academy's vision and achievements.
